Beautiful blend

This candle reminds me so much of an older Yankee Candle Pure Radiance jar called Sugar Flower on cold. Once lit, at first, I get the vanilla and cone, but as it burns it is elevated by a light floral. It is just a beautiful blend. I favor gourmand over floral, so this is perfect for me. The throw is about a 7 in my open concept room (to me, a bit lighter than some of the other reserves like jelly donut, macaroons, and sweet cream, but it is perfect for me). I burned this for about four hours the first time and it burns clean and evenly. There is nothing out there that matches the performance of Kringle's soy candles.

Don't Stop And Smell These Roses

On cold sniff, there was a deep musky note in this scent that was tainting any gourmand or rose notes. My husband turned his nose up as well. I read him the fragrance notes. He said, "That sounds like a bad idea written all over it!” He also said, "It's a little early for Halloween!" He was not wrong. This scent was giving off Halloween vibes. When burning, the scent was pretty much the same as on cold. I was hoping for a “Rose Jam” vibe but this scent was not it. The scent reminded me a bit of “Midnight Rose” which is the only Kringle (out of hundreds) that I have ever thrown out. I imagine that this is the scent that was burning when the killer (aka Buffalo Bill) from Silence of The Lambs was putting on his makeup and dancing with a previous victim's scalp on his head, Goodbye Horses playing in the background. Seriously, the scent was that evocative of horror/something foul. As always, if the scent is not great, the candle is a beast in terms of strength and throw. The burn performance was perfect.

Vanilla Rose Cone

I just love the Reserve candles, and this one is so perfect in every way. I was very lucky to order one before they quickly sold out. Such a unique blend of floral and sweet, I love burning this candle in the morning when having my coffee. Please bring this back so I can grab another one.
